Sales and Marketing Executive needed to join award winning designer, manufacturer and distributor of corporate clothing and work wear.

 

This is a varied role where you will have a good opportunity to make an immediate contribution to the team and deliver excellence to clients. In additional to the qualities and skills detailed below, a passion for clothing and a creative flair is a distinct advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Business development – To gain market overviews and understanding of current and potential markets, research organisations to verify contact information and identify new prospects. Build relationships to set up meetings and record all sales and marketing material. Liaising with the sales director to create commercial proposals for prospects to fulfill their brief. Forecasting new yearly sales targets and working with the sales director to, understand the needs of prospects from the design stage through all stages of development through to rollout of new uniform ranges.

 

Marketing – Working with the sales director creating annual marketing plan and budgets, updating monthly schedule and helping to archive new ideas from blogs mailshots and email campaigns. Working with creative and design agencies on direct marketing materials through to delivery. Website updating, Increase company exposure using online, social media and other marketing materials.

 

Project management – Organising events, award ceremonies and product exhibitions. Plan and manage annual photoshoot of new ranges – sourcing new samples, models and location and budgets.

Entry level requirements:

* Broad knowledge of business trends and fashion

* Basic sales training

* Basic marketing training within B2B

* Educated to at least a A Level standard

* Minimum of 3 – 5 years in sales environment of FMCG industry

* Successful, proven track record within a sales environment
